Dr. Bantel is a leading researcher and mentor in both Missile Defense and Space Situational Awareness. Prior to founding ExoAnalytic, Dr. Bantel worked at SPARTA, Inc. coding high fidelity simulations and model based algorithms, and conducted postdoctoral research involving the design, construction, and operation of a precision cryogenic gravitational experiment. These early experiences mitigating noise sources, system non-linearities, and subtle biases created a strong foundation for the industry-disrupting technologies that Dr. Bantel now steers.
Dr. Bantel earned a B.S. in Physics from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, a M.S. in Physics from the University of California, Irvine, and a Ph.D in Physics from the University of California, Irvine.
Before joining ExoAnalytic Solutions, Mr. McNeill served as a division manager for SPARTA, Inc., where he led a large technical team providing technical leadership, project management, business development and line management. Primary business areas included IR discrimination, algorithm development and studies/analyses in support of major Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) demonstrating space enterprise utility to the warfighter. While at Nichols Research Corporation, his team lead the development of the first agent-based conflict simulation to connect space systems performance to conflict outcomes.
Mr. McNeill earned a B.S. in Physics from the University of California at Irvine and a M.S. in Physics from the California State University at Long Beach.
Mr. Frisco began his career as an Air Force officer designing and evaluating concepts for military space systems. After 9 years of active-duty military service as an operations research analyst, he transitioned to the Air Force Reserves and worked as a systems engineer on the Delta II and Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle (EELV) programs. Prior to joining ExoAnalytic Solutions in 2009, Mr. Frisco served as Chief Engineer and Los Angeles Deputy Division Manager at SPARTA, Inc. Mr. Frisco retired from the Air Force Reserves in 2014.
Mr. Frisco earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a M.S. in Operations Research from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. He is also a Distinguished Graduate of the Air Force Officer Training School.
Dr. Myers has over 21 years of experience as an acquisition officer in the Air Force where he ran large ACAT I programs such as the Minuteman Propulsion Replacement Program to highly advanced technology programs such as Project Hercules and Advanced Technology at the Missile Defense Agency. After retiring from the Air Force, Dr. Myers joined TRW which was acquired by Northrop Grumman. At Northrop Grumman, he led the technical team that developed the winning solution for the over $4B Kinetic Energy Interceptor program. He then served as Vice President Business Development for various divisions. Later, Dr. Myers was President/CEO/Owner of two Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) where he led teams developing cyber exploitation capabilities and Deep Learning Neural Networks for missile defense applications.
Dr. Myers earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of Montevallo, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University, a M.S. in Computer Science from Troy State University, and a Ph.D. in Information Technology from George Mason University.
Prior to joining ExoAnalytic Solutions in 2009, Mr. Therien developed high fidelity simulations and image processing algorithms at Northrop Grumman for electro-optical and radar sensors used in missile defense applications.
Mr. Therien earned a B.S. in Engineering and Applied Science from the California Institute of Technology.
Mr. Butler began his career as an Air Force Space Operations Officer. After Undergraduate Space Training, he was one of the first Lieutenants ever hand-picked for assignment to the National Reconnaissance Office. Over the next 20 years he built, launched, tracked, and operated our nation’s most vital intelligence assets. His assignments included Intelligence Community (IC) ground sites, the Office of Special Projects, Chief of the Space Vault Cheyenne Mountain Operations Center, and the Chief of Staff’s Office at the Automated Data Facility at Buckley AFB. In 2007 Mr. Butler retired from the Air Force, and immediately made an impact as a Space Control Subject Matter Expert for Northrop Grumman, TASC, and now ExoAnalytic Solutions.
Mr. Butler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, a Master of Science degree in Systems Management from Denver University. In addition, he is a graduate of the Air Force’s Air Command and Staff College and has earned Acquisition Program Management Level I & II certification.
Prior to Joining ExoAnalytic Solutions, Mr. Shihadeh worked at Northrop Grumman where over the course of a 33-year career he served in multiple roles including program manager, system engineering manager, technical manager, proposal manager, and technical fellow. He led multiple large teams in technical execution, research and development, program execution, and business development. His areas of expertise are in systems engineering, sensor technologies, and algorithm development supporting Missile Defense and Inter Continental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM) programs.
Mr. Shihadeh earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College.
