Chief Executive Officer | Co-Founder

Douglas Hendrix, PhD

Dr. Doug Hendrix is a co-founder of ExoAnalytic Solutions and serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Throughout his career, Dr. Hendrix has developed advanced software solutions to enable the United States to maintain its technological superiority in EO/IR sensing for missile defense and space situational awareness. Dr. Hendrix has a broad professional background that ranges from research and development to commercial software development in the areas of atmospheric, underwater and nuclear explosions, hyper-velocity impacts, space weather, and the development of a commercial fusion reactor.

As a founder of ExoAnalytic Solutions, he had one major idea in mind for the company, which is to build a focused team comprised of the best and brightest in the industry to develop and field cutting edge technology to greatly surpass the state of the art. In his current role at ExoAnalytic Solutions, he remains deeply involved in technology development for both missile defense and space situational awareness.

Dr. Hendrix earned a B.A. in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley and obtained his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in physics from the University of California, Irvine, and is the proud son of a former submarine officer.

Chief Operating Officer | Co-Founder

Holly Bertrand

Ms. Holly Bertrand is a co-founder of ExoAnalytic Solutions and serves as Chief Operating Officer. She is also a member of the Board of Directors. Ms. Bertrand has executive responsibility for internal management of the Corporation, including all aspects of the Corporation’s financial strategies, processes, and operations. She works in partnership with CEO Doug Hendrix to create and implement strategic plans.

Overseeing business operations since the founding of the company, Ms. Bertrand was instrumental in developing the internal corporate infrastructure needed to drive growth and profitability. She oversees Contracts, Human Resources, Facilities, Finance and Accounting, Security, and Program Management.

Ms. Bertrand earned a B.S. in Physics from Brigham Young University and a M.S. in Physics from Brigham Young University.

Chief Scientific Officer | Co-Founder

Michael Bantel, PhD

Dr. Michael Bantel is a co-founder of ExoAnalytic Solutions and serves as Chief Scientific Officer. He is also a member of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for fostering a corporate culture of innovation and technical superiority. Dr. Bantel’s vision is for ExoAnalytic to drive revolutionary enhancements to the state of the art in the company’s core fields, and then to challenge conventional industry expectations by applying those successes to new problems in novel and unexpected ways.

Dr. Bantel is a leading researcher and mentor in both Missile Defense and Space Situational Awareness. Prior to founding ExoAnalytic, Dr. Bantel worked at Sparta coding high fidelity simulations and model based algorithms, and conducted postdoctoral research involving the design, construction, and operation of a precision cryogenic gravitational experiment. These early experiences mitigating noise sources, system non-linearities, and subtle biases created a strong foundation for the industry-disrupting technologies that Dr. Bantel now steers.

Dr. Bantel earned a B.S. in Physics from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, a M.S. in Physics from the University of California, Irvine, and a Ph.D in Physics from the University of California, Irvine.

President

Greg McNeill

Mr. Greg McNeill serves as President for ExoAnalytic Solutions. Mr. McNeill is focused on shaping and preserving the company’s corporate culture of integrity, tenacity, technical excellence and innovation.

Before joining ExoAnalytic Solutions, Mr. McNeill served as a division manager for Sparta, where he led a large technical team providing technical leadership, project management, business development and line management. Primary business areas included IR discrimination, algorithm development and studies/analyses in support of major Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) demonstrating space enterprise utility to the warfighter. While at Nichols Research Corporation, his team lead the development of the first agent-based conflict simulation to connect space systems performance to conflict outcomes.

Mr. McNeill earned a B.S. in Physics from the University of California at Irvine and a M.S. in Physics from the California State University at Long Beach.

Chief Marketing Officer | Sr. Vice President

Eric Frisco

Mr. Eric Frisco serves as the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at ExoAnalytic Solutions, where he also holds a position on the Board of Directors. In his capacity as President of the National Security Space Sector, he oversees operations and contracts in the Los Angeles, Colorado Springs, and Albuquerque offices, focusing on military space force design, acquisition decision support, ops training, and wargaming, A recognized expert in modeling, simulation, and analysis, Mr. Frisco spearheads the development of the United States Space Force’s System Effectiveness Analysis Simulation (SEAS) and leads various initiatives supporting military space modernization.

Mr. Frisco began his career as an Air Force officer, contributing to the developmental planning of Ballistic Missile Defense, Space Force Application, and Space Force Enhancement programs. After nine years of active-duty service as an operations research analyst, he transitioned to the Air Force Reserves, where he worked as a systems engineer on the Delta II and Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle (EELV) programs. Before joining ExoAnalytic Solutions in 2009, Mr. Frisco served as Chief Engineer and Deputy Division Manager in Los Angeles at Sparta. He retired from the Air Force Reserves in 2014.

Mr. Frisco holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, an M.S. in Operations Research from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. Additionally, he is a Distinguished Graduate of the Air Force Officer Training School.

Chief Technical Officer | Sr. Vice President

William Therien

Mr. Bill Therien serves as Chief Technical Officer for ExoAnalytic Solutions. As President of the Commercial Space Sector, he oversees the development and operation of the ExoAnalytic Space Operations Center (ESpOC) which commands and controls our global network of 300+ telescopes which collects over 10 million observations of resident space objects per month. The space situational awareness data from this system is used by the U.S. Space Force, the Intelligence Community, commercial satellite operators, and other commercial and international organizations to track and characterize known and unknown satellites and debris. Mr. Therien is responsible for the maturation and transition of the company’s software and advanced algorithm technologies from the prototype phase through testing to operational software in fielded systems for Missile Defense and Space Surveillance missions.

Prior to joining ExoAnalytic Solutions, Mr. Therien developed high fidelity simulations and image processing algorithms at Northrop Grumman for electro-optical and radar sensors used in missile defense applications.

Mr. Therien earned a B.S. in Engineering and Applied Science from the California Institute of Technology.

Chief Growth Officer | VP of First Impressions

Clinton Clark

Mr. Clinton Clark serves as Chief Growth Officer and “Vice President of First Impressions” at ExoAnalytic Solutions. Mr. Clark is responsible for communicating our vision and values to the world while driving the sales and growth of our company. His passion is the creative application of technology to address critical national security space issues including space domain awareness, missile defense, missile warning, and position, navigation, and timing. His responsibilities at ExoAnalytic also include product and service development, operations research and analysis support to multiple customers, and the evaluation of operational utility of advanced technology solutions.

Mr. Clark is an operations researcher that is customer focused with deep expertise in the application of structured decision-making techniques, multi-variate statistics, and modeling and simulation to a variety of problem areas. He began his career as an officer in the United States Air Force (USAF) where he helped design, evaluate, and field a variety of space systems. He worked in numerous Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) Strategy Divisions helping to develop, refine, and evaluate air war strategies and plans. After his career in the USAF, Mr. Clark left the aerospace industry to help build a new business within Waste Management, the world’s largest environmental services firm. Operating as an intrapreneur, he helped the newly formed Commercial Property organization grow by $200M in 18-months.

Mr. Clark earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Lamar University, a M.S. in Operations Research from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. from Rice University. In addition, he is a graduate of the International Space University (ISU) Summer Space Program, where now serves as a guest lecturer. Mr. Clark also serves as guest faculty at the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University where he teaches advanced Analytics and Decision Making techniques.

President

Jim Myers

Dr. Jim Myers serves as President at ExoAnalytic Solutions. For over 37 years, Dr. Myers has been successfully leading large and small organizations that integrate complex systems. Dr. Myers currently leads a team developing advanced capabilities for missile defense and is a technical Subject Matter Expert on algorithm development for missile defense applications.

Dr. Myers has over 21 years of experience as an acquisition officer in the Air Force where he ran large ACAT I programs such as the Minuteman Propulsion Replacement Program to highly advanced technology programs such as Project Hercules and Advanced Technology at the Missile Defense Agency. After retiring from the Air Force, Dr. Myers joined TRW which was acquired by Northrop Grumman. At Northrop Grumman, he led the technical team that developed the winning solution for the over $4B Kinetic Energy Interceptor program. He then served as Vice President Business Development for various divisions. Later, Dr. Myers was President/CEO/Owner of two Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) where he led teams developing cyber exploitation capabilities and Deep Learning Neural Networks for missile defense applications.

Dr. Myers earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of Montevallo, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University, a M.S. in Computer Science from Troy State University, and a Ph.D. in Information Technology from George Mason University.

Sr. Vice President

Rhett Butler

Mr. Rhett Butler serves as Senior Vice President and Vice President of the National Security Space Sector. He is also a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Butler leads the Colorado Springs Regional Office and oversees cutting edge modeling and simulation development, space control analysis, and operations support to the warfighter.

Mr. Butler began his career as an Air Force Space Operations Officer. After Undergraduate Space Training, he was one of the first Lieutenants ever hand-picked for assignment to the National Reconnaissance Office. Over the next 20 years he built, launched, tracked, and operated our nation’s most vital intelligence assets. His assignments included Intelligence Community (IC) ground sites, the Office of Special Projects, Chief of the Space Vault Cheyenne Mountain Operations Center, and the Chief of Staff’s Office at the Automated Data Facility at Buckley AFB. In 2007 Mr. Butler retired from the Air Force, and immediately made an impact as a Space Control Subject Matter Expert for Northrop Grumman, TASC, and now ExoAnalytic Solutions.

Mr. Butler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, a Master of Science degree in Systems Management from Denver University. In addition, he is a graduate of the Air Force’s Air Command and Staff College and has earned Acquisition Program Management Level I & II certification.

Sr. Vice President

Nabil Shihadeh

Mr. Nabil Shihadeh serves as Senior Vice President and is President of the Mission Systems Sector with his primary focus being disciplined program execution and business development of the sector’s programs.

Prior to joining ExoAnalytic Solutions, Mr. Shihadeh worked at Northrop Grumman where over the course of a 33-year career he served in multiple roles including program manager, system engineering manager, technical manager, proposal manager, and technical fellow. He led multiple large teams in technical execution, research and development, program execution, and business development. His areas of expertise are in systems engineering, sensor technologies, and algorithm development supporting Missile Defense and Inter Continental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM) programs.

Mr. Shihadeh earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College.

Chief Financial Officer

Ashley Lueger

Ms. Ashley Lueger serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. She leads the Finance, Accounting and Audit teams, writing, implementing policies and business standards to drive efficiency. Ms. Lueger directs and oversee the financial activities of the corporation, directs the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth.

Ms. Lueger began her career at Chapman University as a Business Operations Specialist for the University’s Advancement Business Office. After her work with the university, she went on to be an Auditor with Deloitte LLP before starting her career at ExoAnalytic Solutions in 2016.

Ms. Lueger earned a Bachelor’s in Science degree in Accounting as well as a Bachelor’s in Science degree in Business Administration from Chapman University. Additionally, she is actively licensed CPA with the State of California.

Vice President of Engineering

Ben Lane

Mr. Ben Lane serves as Vice President of Engineering for the company and Technical Director within the National Security Space Sector. His primary objective revolves around spearheading the successful conception, support, and delivery of Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) capabilities. This entails making pivotal decisions in collaboration with development teams, overseeing cross-divisional and cross-sector technical tasks, managing individual programs and products, evaluating emerging technologies and tools, identifying opportunities for innovation and fostering business development.

Before joining ExoAnalytic Solutions, Mr. Lane occupied key technical leadership positions where he led research and development endeavors at Northrop Grumman, further honing his expertise in cutting-edge technology and strategic innovation.

Mr. Lane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Douglas Loverro

Mr. Douglas Loverro is a highly regarded national space thinker and leader who currently serves as President, Loverro Consulting, LLC. He has served in a variety of very senior government positions including at NASA where he led Human Exploration, in the DoD where he lead space policy, and in multiple DoD and NRO space program leadership roles over a more than 40-year career.

Mr. Loverro holds a Master of Science in Physics from the University of New Mexico, a Master of Political Science from Auburn University, and an MBA from the University of West Florida in addition to his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the US Air Force Academy. He was a distinguished graduate from the Air Force’s Air Command and Staff College and Squadron Officer School and was the top graduate from DoD’s Industrial College of the Armed Forces.

He is the recipient of multiple prestigious awards including the Secretary of Defense’s Medal for Outstanding Public Service, AIAA’s Durand Lecture for Public Service, the National Defense Industrial Association's (NDIA) Bob Hope Distinguished Citizen Award, the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Federation of Galaxy Explorers, the Society of Satellite Professional Engineers Stellar Award, and the Armed Forces Communicants and Electronics Association's (AFCEA) Benjamin Oliver Gold Medal for Engineering amongst many other civilian and military honors.

James Morhard

Mr. James Morhard's experience helped provide leadership to NASA, the United States Senate Sergeant at Arms, and the Senate Appropriations Committee. His enduring values and skilled reputation provide advanced solutions to many challenges.

In 2018, Morhard was nominated and confirmed by the U.S. Senate as NASA Deputy Administrator where he served until 2021. Jim helped establish a vision of change, even during the COVID-19 pandemic, which translated into achieving our country’s space exploration, science, and aeronautic objectives. During his time there, NASA expanded programs to prove technologies and capabilities on the Moon and prepare for missions to Mars. These efforts included developing a crewed capsule, the most powerful rocket ever built, a lunar orbiting command post, and a human landing system to get on and off the Moon.

During Morhard’s tenure, NASA partnered with American businesses to launch astronauts to the Space Station on commercially owned rockets for the first time. With international collaboration, NASA launched a Mars rover with a helicopter, Earth-observing satellites, and a probe to study the Sun. Also, a spacecraft took samples from an asteroid. Additionally, Jim helped join with industry to soon land lunar scientific rovers, develop a quiet supersonic aircraft, an all-electric aircraft, and traffic management plans for Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Jim worked to have NASA engage a much broader audience worldwide which resulted in two Emmy Awards.

Prior to NASA, Jim became the Senate’s Deputy Sergeant at Arms where he was responsible for the security and operations of the U.S. Senate. In 2010, Morhard helped found the law firm of Stevens, Phillips, & Morhard. In 2005, he founded Morhard and Associates, LLC where he consulted for large corporations such as Cisco, Lexis Nexus, Owens Corning, and Finmeccanica.

In 2005, Morhard served as the U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee Staff Director, working with the White House and the Office of Management and Budget to enact all appropriations bills totaling over $730 billion. Beforehand, he led staff to enact all funding for the Departments of Commerce, Justice, State, and parts of Defense. During that time, he traveled to fifty-six countries. Morhard’s career began with the Secretary of the Navy’s Office of the Comptroller assessing R&D and procurement programs.

Jim has spent years reviewing hundreds of programs and budgets for Departments, Agencies, Commissions, and the U.S. Senate. Many in industry only see a few dozen programs during their career, and rarely an entire organization. His experiences provide an invaluable, unique set of skills that enable him to successfully collaborate on the operations of large entities. He believes in instilling a positive vision of leadership that translates into strategies for budgets, program management, acquisitions, communications, infrastructure, safety, training, and human capital.

Jim has served as an adjunct professor at the Center for Homeland Defense and Security at the Naval Postgraduate School. He has lectured at the Naval War College, Harvard University, Georgetown University, The George Washington University, and many business forums. In his role as NASA’s Deputy Administrator, he appeared on media outlets including the NYSE’s Floor Talk, NASDAQ’s Fireside Chat, CBS, and One America News. He is the recipient of the NASA Distinguished Service Medal, the Navy Distinguished Civilian Service Award, and the National Guard Association’s Patrick Henry Award.

Jim earned a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University, a Masters of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Bar in Washington, D.C. and Pennsylvania. He has served on the Board for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and on the Board of Trustees for Saint Francis University.

Jim resides in Florida and has two children and three grandchildren.

Mark Dickinson

Dr. Mark Dickinson is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Neo Space Group (NSG), Saudi Arabia’s leading provider of commercial space services. Prior to joining NSG, he held pivotal leadership roles at Inmarsat and Viasat, where he spearheaded advancements in satellite technologies.

Dr. Mark Dickinson, obtained a PhD in High Energy Astrophysics from the University of Durham, before joining Inmarsat in 2000. Between 2009 and 2017 Mark was the Head of Satellite Operations, responsible for Inmarsat’s fleet of geostationary telecommunications satellites. In 2018 he became responsible for the design, procurement and launch of Inmarsat’s future space segment assets. With the acquisition of Inmarsat by Viasat in 2023, Mark became the VP Space Systems at Viasat, with responsibilities for the organisation’s future space activities.

From March 2017 to September 2019, Mark was appointed as the Chairman of the Space Data Association (SDA), an international not-for-profit organization, that brings together commercial, civil and government satellite operators to support the controlled, reliable and efficient sharing of data critical to the safety and integrity of the space environment.

Jeffrey Gossel

Mr. Jeffrey Gossel retired from the United States Intelligence Community at the end of 2021 and founded Jeff Gossel Consulting, LLC, serving as Founder and CEO. His company has also joined forces with PAS – Partners in Air and Space – for which he is a senior space and defense consultant and Intelligence Sector Lead. Jeff is a member of the Boards of Advisors for the National Security Space Association and for ExoAnalytic Solutions, Inc.

Mr. Gossel concluded his long and distinguished career with the United States Government serving as Technical Director for Space and Missiles at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center. He was a Senior Executive Service and Senior National Intelligence Service member for his last ten years, playing significant roles for the Intelligence Community during stand-up of the U.S. Space Force, U.S. Space Command, and the National Space Intelligence Center – Space Force's Service Intelligence Center.

As NASIC’s Technical Director for Space and Missiles, Mr. Gossel provided technical oversight of analysis and production on space domain awareness; foreign spacecraft; space launch vehicles; space object surveillance and identification capabilities; space order of battle; counter-space systems and kill chains; hypersonic vehicles; and medium-, intermediate-, and intercontinental-range ballistic missiles. Emerging and disruptive technologies and foreign force employment were also part of his portfolio. Throughout, he provided scientific and technical expertise to development of policy decisions contributing to the satisfaction of National, Department of Defense, U.S. Space Force, and U.S. Air Force intelligence products and services.

Mr. Gossel also served as Chairman of the Defense Intelligence Space Threats and Operations Committee, DISTOC, through which he led Defense Intelligence Enterprise-wide analytic efforts spanning space and counter-space analytic issues. He was DISTOC Chairman for ten years.

Mr. Gossel further served in a variety of assignments within the Intelligence Community during his illustrious career, to include an assignment as the space and counterspace lead for an ODNI-sponsored Joint Hard Target Strategy, and as the IC’s Intelligence Topic Expert for Space, leading the Community’s efforts to prioritize, and subsequently address, space collection efforts to help close intelligence gaps.

Tom Conroy

Mr. Tom Conroy serves as a consultant to government and industry on matters relating to National Security and the Intelligence Community (IC). His government experience included over three decades as a developer and program manager for many major technical collection and special communications programs executed by the CIA and the NRO. During his career, he was directly involved in conceiving, advocating, and executing major technical collection and communications programs. He managed major organizational realignments that produced efficiencies and new capabilities, many of which endure to this day. He also led several major counter-intelligence and security studies of clandestine activities, producing significant recommendations to improve tradecraft and security.

After retiring from government service in 2001, he joined TASC, where he led the company’s engagement with senior government officials across the IC. In 2007, he was promoted to Vice President at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where he oversaw customer relations between all sectors of the corporation and the Intelligence Community. He facilitated communications with government customers and across and between the sectors of the company, ensuring Northrop’s customers received the best the company had to offer to support National Security missions. He retired from Northrop Grumman in 2010 and now operates his own consulting company.

Mr. Conroy served on the board of a startup company established to bring human biometric capabilities into technology practice to automate and enhance daily life. They produced several breakthrough capabilities in speech recognition and speaker identification, as well as a new approach to computing that promised dramatic speed enhancements. With international investors, this company operated under a FOCI board, and Mr. Conroy served as the Chair of the Government Security Committee. Mr. Conroy also served on the board of a startup company affiliated with Virginia Tech University. He continues to serve on the board of directors of the Northwest Federal Credit Union, which serves the employees and families of the CIA, NRO, ODNI, NGA, and numerous companies and organizations that support the Intelligence Community or operate in the geographic area they serve.

Mr. Conroy regularly serves on special government boards, panels, and review groups to perform independent assessments and provide advice and recommendations relating to technical collection, communications, and analytic programs and activities supporting the IC. Mr. Conroy graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Business.

Trey Obering

After retiring as a Partner and Executive Vice President for Booz Allen Hamilton, Mr. Trey Obering is a Senior Executive Adviser working in their space, missile defense, and directed energy mission areas.

Mr. Obering retired from the US Air Force as a Lieutenant General with more than 35 years of experience in space and defense systems development, integration, and operations. He served as Director of the 8,500-person Missile Defense Agency, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and was the Department of Defense (DoD) Acquisition Executive for the nation’s $10 billion-per-year missile defense portfolio.

Prior to his assignment at MDA, he planned and programmed 68 joint, Air Force, and international programs with a $28 billion budget as Mission Area Director for Information Dominance on the Air Staff. Before joining Booz Allen, he led a comprehensive review of the National Reconnaissance Office for the Director, National Intelligence, which provided a new charter for that organization.

Mr. Obering has also led two National Academy of Sciences committees reviews sponsored by the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Acquisition) to help the Air Force improve the management of their programs.

Mr. Obering began his Air Force career as a fighter pilot after earning his pilot wings in 1975 and flew operational assignments in the F-4E. Later, he was assigned to the Space Shuttle program and participated in space shuttle launches as a NASA orbiter project engineer, responsible for integrating firing room launch operations. Other assignments included tours with the Air Force Inspector General, the Defense Mapping Agency, and the Electronic Systems Center.

Mr. Obering has twice earned the DoD’s highest non-combat award, the Defense Distinguished Service Medal for leadership. In 2008, he received the prestigious University of Notre Dame Rev. William Corby Award recognizing alumni who have led a distinguished military career. He was honored by the National Defense Industrial Association’s Missile Defense Division with the 2011 Kadish Award for Acquisition Excellence.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science degree in Astronautical Engineering from Stanford University. Mr. Obering also was named Top Gun of his F-4E training unit at McDill AFB, Florida, and went on to be a Distinguished Graduate of the Air Force’s Squadron Officers School, Air Command and Staff College, and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.

Victor See

Rear Admiral (RADM) Victor C. See, Jr., US Navy (retired), is a Special Advisor for ExoAnalytic Solutions and an Outside Director for TELESAT Government Solutions and CesiumAstro Space and Defense Systems. He was the Co-Chairman for the USS Carl M. Levin (DDG 120) commissioning committee.

RADM See began his Navy career as a Light Airborne Multipurpose System (LAMPS) helicopter pilot assigned to HSL-32 in Norfolk, VA, and deployed aboard frigates and destroyers. After receiving an MS in Aeronautical Engineering, he joined the Navy community of Aerospace Engineering Duty Officers (AEDOs).

As an AEDO, he held numerous roles as a project manager, systems engineer, and program manager on aviation and space programs. He served as the Commander of the Defense Contract Management Command in Owego, NY, located at Lockheed Martin Federal Systems. He later became a Major Program Manager of a classified space program at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) in Chantilly, VA.

He culminated his Navy career as the leader of the Navy Space Acquisition Community. In this role, he held three positions: Director of the Communications Systems Acquisition and Operations (COMM) Directorate at the NRO; the Navy Program Executive Officer (PEO) for Space Systems; and the Commander of the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command’s (SPAWAR) Space Field Activity (SSFA).

From March 2009 until August 2015, RADM See served as the Senior Vice President of Integrity Applications Incorporated (IAI), an award-winning veteran-owned firm based in Chantilly, VA. IAI (now KBR) is a high-demand aerospace systems engineering and software engineering company.

In 2016, he joined Lehigh University’s Systems Engineering Department as a Senior Fellow in their Enterprise Systems Center. The center collaborates with undergraduate and graduate student teams, teaching project and program management while working with industry partners on real-world technical challenges.

RADM See is a 1980 graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a BS in Physics/Oceanography. He is also a 1989 graduate of the Naval Postgraduate School with an MS in Aeronautical Engineering and is a Defense Acquisition Level III Certified Program Manager from the Defense Systems Management College.

RADM See and his wife, Monica Speach, live in Hereford, PA, on an 1856 thirty-acre historic farm. They have two grown children, Renata and Zachary.
