Mr. Rhett Butler serves as a corporate Vice President and Vice President of the National Security Space Sector. He is also a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Butler leads the Colorado Springs Regional Office and oversees cutting edge modeling and simulation development, space control analysis, and operations support to the warfighter.
Mr. Butler began his career as an Air Force Space Operations Officer. After Undergraduate Space Training, he was one of the first Lieutenants ever hand-picked for assignment to the National Reconnaissance Office. Over the next 20 years he built, launched, tracked, and operated our nation’s most vital intelligence assets. His assignments included Intelligence Community (IC) ground sites, the Office of Special Projects, Chief of the Space Vault Cheyenne Mountain Operations Center, and the Chief of Staff’s Office at the Automated Data Facility at Buckley AFB. In 2007 Mr. Butler retired from the Air Force, and immediately made an impact as a Space Control Subject Matter Expert for Northrop Grumman, TASC, and now ExoAnalytic Solutions.
Mr. Butler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, a Master of Science degree in Systems Management from Denver University. In addition, he is a graduate of the Air Force’s Air Command and Staff College and has earned Acquisition Program Management Level I & II certification.
