Nabil Shihadeh

Sr. Vice President

Mr. Nabil Shihadeh serves as Senior Vice President and is President of the Mission Systems Sector with his primary focus being disciplined program execution and business development of the sector’s programs.

Prior to joining ExoAnalytic Solutions, Mr. Shihadeh worked at Northrop Grumman where over the course of a 33-year career he served in multiple roles including program manager, system engineering manager, technical manager, proposal manager, and technical fellow. He led multiple large teams in technical execution, research and development, program execution, and business development. His areas of expertise are in systems engineering, sensor technologies, and algorithm development supporting Missile Defense and Inter Continental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM) programs.

Mr. Shihadeh earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College.
