Douglas Hendrix

Doug Hendrix

CEO and Co-Founder

Dr. Doug Hendrix is a founder of ExoAnalytic Solutions and serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. For 25 years, Dr. Hendrix has developed advanced software solutions to enable the United States to maintain its technological superiority in EO/IR sensing for missile defense and space situational awareness. Dr. Hendrix has a broad professional background that ranges from research and development to commercial software development in the areas of atmospheric, underwater and nuclear explosions, hyper-velocity impacts, space weather, and the development of a commercial fusion reactor.

As a founder of ExoAnalytic Solutions, he had one major idea in mind for the company, which is to build a focused team comprised of the best and brightest in the industry to develop and field cutting edge technology to greatly surpass the state of the art. In his current role at ExoAnalytic Solutions, he remains deeply involved in technology development for both missile defense and space situational awareness.

Dr. Hendrix earned a B.A. in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley and obtained his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in physics from the University of California, Irvine, and is the proud son of a former submarine officer.

Holly Bertrand

Holly Bertrand

COO and Co-Founder

Ms. Holly Bertrand is a founder of ExoAnalytic Solutions and serves as Chief Operating Officer and a member of the board of directors. Ms. Bertrand has executive responsibility for internal management of the Corporation, including all aspects of the Corporation’s financial strategies, processes, and operations. She works in partnership with CEO Doug Hendrix to create and implement strategic plans.

As a founder of ExoAnalytic Solutions, Ms. Bertrand was instrumental in developing the internal corporate infrastructure needed to drive growth and profitability. She oversees Contracts, Human Resources, Facilities, Finance and Accounting, Security, and Program Management.

Ms. Bertrand earned a B.S. in Physics from Brigham Young University and a M.S. in Physics from Brigham Young University.

Michael Bantel

CTO and Co-Founder

Dr. Michael Bantel is a founder of ExoAnalytic Solutions and serves as Chief Technical Officer and a member of the board of directors. As the CTO, Dr. Bantel is responsible for fostering a corporate culture of innovation and technical superiority. Dr. Bantel’s vision is for ExoAnalytic to drive revolutionary enhancements to the state of the art in the company’s core fields, and then to challenge conventional industry expectations by applying those successes to new problems in novel and unexpected ways.

Dr. Bantel is a leading researcher and mentor in both Missile Defense and Space Situational Awareness. Prior to founding ExoAnalytic, Dr. Bantel worked at SPARTA, Inc. coding high fidelity simulations and model based algorithms, and conducted postdoctoral research involving the design, construction, and operation of a precision cryogenic gravitational experiment. These early experiences mitigating noise sources, system non-linearities, and subtle biases created a strong foundation for the industry-disrupting technologies that Dr. Bantel now steers.

Dr. Bantel earned a B.S. in Physics from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, a M.S. in Physics from the University of California, Irvine, and a Ph.D in Physics from the University of California, Irvine.

Greg McNeill

Greg McNeill

President

Mr. Greg McNeill serves as President for ExoAnalytic Solutions. Mr. McNeill is focused on shaping and preserving Exo’s corporate culture of integrity, tenacity, technical excellence and innovation.

Before joining ExoAnalytic Solutions, Mr. McNeill served as a division manager for SPARTA, Inc., where he led a large technical team providing technical leadership, project management, business development and line management. Primary business areas included IR discrimination, algorithm development and studies/analyses in support of major Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) demonstrating space enterprise utility to the warfighter. While at Nichols Research Corporation, his team lead the development of the first agent-based conflict simulation to connect space systems performance to conflict outcomes.

Mr. McNeill earned a B.S. in Physics from the University of California at Irvine and a M.S. in Physics from the California State University at Long Beach.

William Therien

William Therien

EVP, Engineering

Mr. Bill Therien serves as Executive Vice President of Engineering for ExoAnalytic Solutions. Mr. Therien also serves as President of the Commercial Space Sector and oversees the development and operation of the ExoAnalytic Space Operations Center (ESpOC) which commands and controls Exo’s global network of 275+ telescopes on five continents to collect over 10 million observations of resident space objects per month. The space situational awareness data from this system is used by the U.S. Air Force, the Intelligence Community, commercial satellite operators, and other commercial and international organizations to track and characterize known and unknown satellites and debris. Mr. Therien is responsible for the maturation and transition of the company’s software and advanced algorithm technologies from the prototype phase through testing to operational software in fielded systems for Missile Defense and Space Surveillance missions.

Prior to joining ExoAnalytic Solutions in 2009, Mr. Therien developed high fidelity simulations and image processing algorithms at Northrop Grumman for electro-optical and radar sensors used in missile defense applications.

Mr. Therien earned a B.S. in Engineering and Applied Science from the California Institute of Technology.

Eric Frisco

Eric Frisco

EVP and CMO

Mr. Eric Frisco serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, and a member of the board of directors for ExoAnalytic Solutions. Mr. Frisco also serves as President of the National Security Space Sector, overseeing the Los Angeles, Colorado Springs, and Albuquerque regional offices and programs related to modeling, simulation, and analysis. He leads product development of the Air Force System Effectiveness Analysis Simulation (SEAS) and various studies in support of military space modernization.

Mr. Frisco began his career as an Air Force officer designing and evaluating concepts for military space systems. After 9 years of active-duty military service as an operations research analyst, he transitioned to the Air Force Reserves and worked as a systems engineer on the Delta II and Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle (EELV) programs. Prior to joining ExoAnalytic Solutions in 2009, Mr. Frisco served as Chief Engineer and Los Angeles Deputy Division Manager at SPARTA, Inc. Mr. Frisco retired from the Air Force Reserves in 2014.

Mr. Frisco earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a M.S. in Operations Research from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. He is also a Distinguished Graduate of the Air Force Officer Training School.

Jim Myers

Dr. Jim Myers serves as Executive Vice President for ExoAnalytic Solutions. He also serves as President of the Mission Systems Sector. For over 37 years, Dr. Myers has been successfully leading large and small organizations that integrate complex systems. Dr. Myers currently leads a team developing advanced capabilities for missile defense and is a technical Subject Matter Expert on algorithm development for missile defense applications.

Dr. Myers has over 21 years of experience as an acquisition officer in the Air Force where he ran large ACAT I programs such as the Minuteman Propulsion Replacement Program to highly advanced technology programs such as Project Hercules and Advanced Technology at the Missile Defense Agency. After retiring from the Air Force, Dr. Myers joined TRW which was acquired by Northrop Grumman. At Northrop Grumman, he led the technical team that developed the winning solution for the over $4B Kinetic Energy Interceptor program. He then served as Vice President Business Development for various divisions. Later, Dr. Myers was President/CEO/Owner of two Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) where he led teams developing cyber exploitation capabilities and Deep Learning Neural Networks for missile defense applications.

Dr. Myers earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of Montevallo, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University, a M.S. in Computer Science from Troy State University, and a Ph.D. in Information Technology from George Mason University.

Clint Clark

Clint Clark

VP, First Impressions

Mr. Clinton Clark serves as Vice President of First Impressions at ExoAnalytic Solutions. Mr. Clark is responsible for communicating our vision and values to the world while driving the sales and growth of our company. His passion is the creative application of technology to address critical national security space issues including space domain awareness, missile defense, missile warning, and position, navigation, and timing. His responsibilities at ExoAnalytic also include product and service development, operations research and analysis support to multiple customers, and the evaluation of operational utility of advanced technology solutions.

Mr. Clark is an operations researcher that is customer focused with deep expertise in the application of structured decision-making techniques, multi-variate statistics, and modeling and simulation to a variety of problem areas. He began his career as an officer in the United States Air Force (USAF) where he helped design, evaluate, and field a variety of space systems. He worked in numerous Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) Strategy Divisions helping to develop, refine, and evaluate air war strategies and plans. After his career in the USAF, Mr. Clark left the aerospace industry to help build a new business within Waste Management, the world’s largest environmental services firm. Operating as an intrapreneur, he helped the newly formed Commercial Property organization grow by $200M in 18-months.

Mr. Clark earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Lamar University, a M.S. in Operations Research from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. from Rice University. In addition, he is a graduate of the International Space University (ISU) Summer Space Program, where now serves as a guest lecturer. Mr. Clark also serves as guest faculty at the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University where he teaches advanced Analytics and Decision Making techniques.

Rhett Butler

Mr. Rhett Butler serves as Vice President of the National Security Space Sector and is a member of the board of directors at ExoAnalytic Solutions. Mr. Butler leads the Colorado Springs Regional Office and oversees cutting edge modeling and simulation development, space control analysis, and operations support to the warfighter.

Mr. Butler began his career as an Air Force Space Operations Officer. After Undergraduate Space Training, he was one of the first Lieutenants ever hand-picked for assignment to the National Reconnaissance Office. Over the next 20 years he built, launched, tracked, and operated our nation’s most vital intelligence assets. His assignments included Intelligence Community (IC) ground sites, the Office of Special Projects, Chief of the Space Vault Cheyenne Mountain Operations Center, and the Chief of Staff’s Office at the Automated Data Facility at Buckley AFB. In 2007 Mr. Butler retired from the Air Force, and immediately made an impact as a Space Control Subject Matter Expert for Northrop Grumman, TASC, and now ExoAnalytic Solutions.

Mr. Butler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, a Master of Science degree in Systems Management from Denver University. In addition, he is a graduate of the Air Force’s Air Command and Staff College and has earned Acquisition Program Management Level I & II certification.

Nabil Shihadeh

VP

Mr. Nabil Shihadeh joined ExoAnalytic Solutions in May 2021 as Vice President of the Mission Systems Sector with his primary focus being disciplined program execution and business development of the sector’s programs.

Prior to Joining ExoAnalytic Solutions, Mr. Shihadeh worked at Northrop Grumman where over the course of a 33-year career he served in multiple roles including program manager, system engineering manager, technical manager, proposal manager, and technical fellow. He led multiple large teams in technical execution, research and development, program execution, and business development. His areas of expertise are in systems engineering, sensor technologies, and algorithm development supporting Missile Defense and Inter Continental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM) programs.

Mr. Shihadeh earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College.

Ashley Lueger

CFO

Ms. Ashley Lueger serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. She leads the Finance, Accounting and Audit teams, writing, implementing policies and business standards to drive efficiency. Ms. Lueger directs and oversee the financial activities of the corporation, directs the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth.

Ms. Lueger began her career at Chapman University as a Business Operations Specialist for the University’s Advancement Business Office. After her work with the university, she went on to be an Auditor with Deloitte LLP before starting her career at ExoAnalytic Solutions in 2016.

Ms. Lueger earned a Bachelor’s in Science degree in Accounting as well as a Bachelor’s in Science degree in Business Administration from Chapman University. Additionally, she is actively licensed CPA with the State of California.

Ben Lane

Technical Director

Mr. Ben Lane joined ExoAnalytic Solutions in January 2016 and currently serves as Technical Director of the National Security Sector, with his primary focus being the successful creation, support, and delivery of Exo’s MS&A capabilities and tools, making key MS&A and implementation decisions with the development teams, supporting cross division technical tasks, managing tasks including tracking individual programs and products, and educating the individual divisions and personnel on the technical direction of the Sector. In addition, he scouts for and evaluates new technology and tools as opportunities for innovation and business development and aids in all stages of MS&A tools and technology development for the Sector. Finally, Mr. Lane helps bring Exo’s technology, products, and solutions to all sectors and divisions as well as Exo’s various customers and programs.

Prior to joining ExoAnalytic Solutions, Mr. Lane led the technical development and direction for various research and development efforts at Northrop Grumman.

Mr. Lane earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Physics from the University of Pennsylvania.
